Been trying to learn new skills while in lockdown, learnt to crochet this week, found this great little pattern on YouTube:-


I think that these will make great little gifts.









Once I mastered the pattern I added in an extra 10 stitches to my initial chain and made a slightly larger version. Which I finished with a Rose again with a pattern I found on YouTube

Knitted heart stuffed with an Elizabeth Shaw Dark Mint Crisp

Ingredients

225g Self Raising Flour

¼ Teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda

Pinch of Salt

75g Vegan Spread – I used Pure Sunflower

150g Caster Sugar

25g Soft Dark Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Milled Linseed mixed with 3 Tablespoons of Water

4 Very Ripe Medium Bananas – Mashed

100g of Chopped Walnuts


Method

Heat oven to 170 degrees centigrade, grease and line a 1kg loaf tin.

Beat vegan spread and sugars for a few minutes add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until combined.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
