200g Alpro Plain
1 Teaspoon of the following:-
Salt
Ground Coriander
Paprika
1/2 a Teaspoon of the following:-
Ground Cumin
Chilli Powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until combined, knead for a couple of minutes, divide into 6, roll into a flatbread shape, fry for about 2 minutes each side on a medium heat, serve with your favourite curry.
