Simple Biscoff Brownie

This brownie recipe is so simple to make. The brownie is made with Lotus Biscoff Spread and Lotus Biscuits.



Simple Biscoff Brownie

Shopping List

Brownie Mix:-

110g Vegan Spread

80g Biscoff Spread (Smooth)

100g Caster Sugar

50g Soft Dark Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

70g of Cocoa Powder

1 Tablespoon of Milled Linseed combined with 3 tablespoons of water

110g of Self Raising Flour

Topping:-

2 Tablespoons of Melted Biscoff Spread

3 Chopped Lotus Biscuits

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees centigrade. Line a 18cm x 18cm Baking Tin with baking paper.

Add the Vegan Spread and the Biscoff Spread to a medium pan and melt over a low heat. Once melted remove the pan from the heat and add the Caster Sugar , Soft Dark Brown Sugar, Salt, Vanilla Extract and Cocoa Powder. Mix the ingredients well. Add the Linseed and Water mixture and give the mixture a good stir. Add the Flour and give a final stir until all the ingredients are incorporated. Place the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Drizzle the remaining 2 Tablespoons of Biscoff Spread over the top of the mixture and lightly press the chopped Lotus Biscuits into the surface of the mixture.

Bake for 18 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool in the tin before cutting.
